Spring 2026 REC Board
Noah is a Senior from Franklin, WI, studying Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate. As the Secretary of the Real Estate Club, he is invested in expanding his passion for real estate and helping others pursue their interests. He is thankful for the REC as he secured an internship within the first few weeks of becoming a member. Outside of REC he is a tennis coach and is currently working on obtaining his sales license.
Jake is a Senior from Hinsdale, IL, majoring in Finance with an emphasis in real estate. He currently serves as the REC membership director. He is also the vice president of the UW-W crypto and blockchain organization. Jake is excited about the opportunity the REC provides students on campus. Outside of REC, he plays on the men's basketball team at Whitewater and enjoys listening to vinyl records.
Luke is a freshman from Evansville, WI currently studying economics with a minor in real estate. As the VP of Real Estate, he aims to expose students to opportunities and knowledge that will strengthen their understanding of the finance and real estate industries. Outside of REC, he is a Jr. analyst for CMC.

Jared is a Sophomore from Whitewater, WI, majoring in Political Science. He is currently the REC Secretary. He is also involved in AMA, serving as the VP of Corporate Sponsor Introducer in the board. Jared fell in love with the community at REC, and he wants to help give the same opportunity to network to other members like he was given last year. Outside of REC, he loves spending time with his family in Whitewater and handling the paperwork for the family business.
Dennis was born and raised in Wisconsin, where he earned his BBA in Marketing and International Business from UW-Madison, and his law degree from the Marquette University Law School, where he focused on real estate law. Dennis came to UWW as a lecturer in the Fall of 2017, and in addition to teaching, he currently practices real estate law and works as a real estate broker. He has been advising the Real Estate Club since 2025.
Jared is a senior from Beaver Dam, WI, majoring in Finance with an emphasis in real estate. He currently serves as the REC Director of networking. He is also the vice president of client services for the UW-W PSE chapter. Jared is excited for the opportunity to give REC students valuable connections outside of campus. Outside of REC, he enjoys going to motorsports races and golfing.
Peyton Is a Senior from Chadwick, IL majoring in both Supply Chain Management and Marketing. He currently serves as the Real Estate Club Marketing Director. He is also the VP of mentorship on both AMA and AMA sales board. Peyton is excited about the new opportunities the REC provides to students on campus. Outside of REC Peyton enjoys being outside whether that be fishing, biking, or golfing and has an interest in owning his own farm one day
Mark is the founder of the real estate investment company, Marshall Park Investments, and has been a part-time lecturer at Whitewater since 2022. He currently serves as the academic advisor for the Real Estate Club. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy with an MBA from UW Whitewater.
