Axel Krainz

Axel Krainz is a junior from New Berlin, WI, majoring in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. As the President, Axel plans to connect students to professionals in the real estate industry through site tours and networking opportunities. Outside of REC, Axel enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching baseball, and weightlifting.

Adam Teske

Adam is a sophomore from New Berlin, WI, double-majoring in Accounting & Business Analytics. He also serves at the president of accounting society. Adam hopes to grow interest in the club through building a bridge between professionals and students. Outside of REC he is involved with Capital Market Club (CMC), FMA, Accounting Society, and club tennis.

Ashten Windisch

Ashten is a sophomore from Wisconsin majoring in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He aims to grow the Real Estate Club through social media engagement to expose more students to opportunities in the field. Outside of Real Estate Club, he enjoys hiking.

Matthew Bricco

Matthew is a sophomore from Winona, MN, majoring in Finance. He hopes to deepen his involvement in REC by participating in more competitions and expanding his network, building meaningful connections between students and industry professionals. Outside of REC, Matthew competes as a full-time student athlete on the swim team and is involved with FMA and tennis club.


 

Dennis Elverman

Dennis was born and raised in Wisconsin, where he earned his BBA in Marketing and International Business from UW-Madison, and his law degree from the Marquette University Law School, where he focused on real estate law.  Dennis came to UWW as a lecturer in the Fall of 2017, and in addition to teaching, he currently practices real estate law and works as a real estate broker.  He has been advising the Real Estate Club since 2025.

Mark Membrino

Mark is the founder of the real estate investment company,  Marshall Park Investments, and has been a part-time lecturer at Whitewater since 2022.  He currently serves as the academic advisor for the Real Estate Club.  He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy with an MBA from UW Whitewater.
