What is Crypto Club?
Crypto is a student-run organization focused on exploring Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology in a practical and open environment. Our goal is to keep members informed on market news, major macro events, and technological developments that influence digital assets while helping beginners understand how to safely buy and store crypto. Through guest speakers, recommended books and podcasts, and peer-to-peer discussions, students gain real-world perspectives and diverse insights into the industry. We also host weekly “Blockchain Briefings,” informal meetings where members share ideas and think critically about the future of decentralized finance and innovation.
Goals
Bridge the gap between classroom and workforce by bringing the two together.
1) Help students understand Bitcoin as a technology, currency, and asset
2) Teach students how to invest and securely store Bitcoin and other digital assets
3) Discuss market trends and impactful news that can influence Bitcoin price action and adoption
