Fall Real Estate 2024 Board
Chase is a Senior from Marshall, WI studying both, Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and Management with an emphasis in Organizational and Leadership Development. In this position, he oversees the Real Estate Club. Outside of FMA & REC Chase also serves as the Homecoming Chair.
Alyssa is a sophomore from Mukwonago, WI currently studying Finance. As the VP of Real Operations, Alyssa oversees the week to week activities for REC and plans out guest speakers. Outside of FMA & REC, she is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Kate is a senior from Stevens Point, Wisconsin double majoring in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis and Entrepreneurship. She currently serves as the VP of Finance for the Real Estate Club. Kate hopes to help students gain more exposure to the real estate industry and provide opportunities to network with professionals in the field. Outside of FMA & REC, she enjoys running, cooking.
Jalen is a Senior from Milwaukee WI, majoring in Public Policy with an emphasis in Community Development. He currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Management for the real estate club. Jalen helps to utilize his network to be able to provide not only to the club but also students to be able to have amazing experiences and provide opportunities for students to get jobs, internships and networking.
Joey is a Senior from Janesville, Wisconsin majoring in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis. He is currently the Director of Events for Real Estate Club. Joey aims to grow the Real Estate Club and create a space for students to network and advance in the industry. He also enjoys spending time with family and watching sporting events outside of the classroom!
Jake is a junior from Hinsdale, Illinois majoring in Finance with an emphasis in real estate. He currently serves as the REC membership director. He is also the vice president of the UW-W crypto and blockchain organization. Jake is excited about the opportunity the REC provides students on campus. Outside of REC, he plays on the men's basketball team at Whitewater and enjoys listening to vinyl records.
Mark is the founder of the real estate investment company, Marshall Park Investments, and has been a part-time lecturer at Whitewater since 2022. He currently serves as the academic advisor for the Real Estate Club. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy with an MBA from UW Whitewater.
